Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

Each Travelled Threads piece is made to order, often in custom or less common sizes, so we do not offer refunds. This is due to the nature of our production process and our commitment to reducing waste through intentional, limited runs.

If the error is on our side (e.g. wrong size or a damaged item):

We take full responsibility and will arrange a replacement or exchange at no extra cost.
Customers must email
sales@travelledthreads.com within 48 hours of receiving their order, including:

·       The order number

·       Clear photos of the issue

If the wrong size was selected or an exchange is requested for another reason:

Although we do not usually offer exchanges, we may consider special cases if contacted within 48 hours of delivery.
If the request is approved:

·       The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

·       The customer is responsible for return and re-delivery shipping costs

·       The replacement must be in stock or available to remake

Exchange requests for custom or non-standard sizes are not accepted.

Refunds

Travelled Threads does not offer refunds.
All purchases are final, as each piece is made to order and often customized to your chosen size and specifications.

Special Circumstances

If a situation falls outside the above policies, customers are still welcome to reach out within 48 hours of receiving their order. Each case will be personally reviewed, and a response provided within 7 days.
